Refund policy

Our desk mats are print-on-demand products made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us at inkedmats@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
